Return Policy:

From the day of order delivery, you have 14 days to return any of the products that does not please you. You must complete and include the "return form" that we put on your package or else you can find it here. 

Delivery to the courier must take place within 14 days.
Please don’t remove the price tags, accessories or labels. We can not accept returns without them.

Personalized items may not be returned or exchanged, except for cases regarding product warranty.

Τhe cost of shipping is borne by the customer.

In case of return of the products, depending on the way you chose to pay for your order, your refund will be completed within 20 days from the date the company delivers the products.
